RETURN­ AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All full price purchases are eligible for a store credit or refund.
Discounted or sale items are not eligible for a refund. 
 
HOW DO I RETURN?
  1. Click on 'Exchanges & Returns' on the menu bar
  2. Enter your order number and email address to start
  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange
  4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
 
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
Items can be refunded (the full amount not including shipping) within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be brand new, original condition with tags still attached. The item must be unworn and unwashed. Please note, customers are responsible for the shipping cost incurred with returning and providing tracking information. Please include your return tracking information when using our Returns Portal. Please ensure that all items are folded neatly. 
 
WHAT CAN I NOT RETURN?
  • Items that have been worn, items that are not in perfect condition, items without a tag still attached.
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted/Sale items
If any of the above items are returned to us, the item will be shipped back at the buyers cost. No refunds, exchanges or returns are available for any of the above items. 
 
THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED
We offer full returns and refunds if the item is faulty, please contact us via email and subject the email 'faulty item'. Please ensure you contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. We can be contacted at 
 
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We are more than happy to exchange your item for you. If you wish to exchange an item, please go through our portal on our website. As we only carry limited stock, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will have the size/item that you wish to exchange for. If the item that you are looking to exchange to is not coming up as an option, it unfortunately is no longer in stock. 
 
WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?
Refund to original payment method.
 
HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?
Once your request is approved, you will recieve an email with instructions on how to ship the returned products.
 
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your item has been received and quality checked please allow up to 5 business days for the money to appear in your account.
